I obviously have an obsession with researching influential pioneers of our modern time. My intuition to start researching on Will Smith came at a very opportune time. In the transitional phase of officially kissing my college life goodbye, I remembered Karen quoting Will Smith here and there and told me to watch some of his interviews when I got the chance. 

All I can say is… “woooooow”, “yessss!!!!”, “woooooork!”, “Amen” throughout his interviews and reading about his life and work ethic. Thank you Will Smith for reaffirming that hard work trumps talent. 

I am blessed to have connected with this message and philosophy of life so much that it made me tear up. This reminder complements my official graduation this year from UC Irvine and turning 23.

Here’s to a post-graduate life driven by a ridiculous, sickening work ethic.
